Relga was a Klingon officer who led a small fleet, and was the sister of Dorg and Bargh.
In 2382, the dishonorable actions of her brothers led to Relga and her fleet being assigned to patrol a worthless corner of Klingon space by the Klingon High Council, supposedly because Dorg and Bargh's "murders" made her look weak. Just as dishonorable as her brothers, Relga sought revenge upon Ma'ah and Malor.
Later that year, the opening of an unstable quantum fissure destroyed the IKS Krtas. Rather than reporting the incident to command, Relga took the opportunity to get her revenge by framing the brothers for the destruction of her ship, leading to Malor seeking political asylum from the USS Cerritos, much to his brother's disgust. Tracking the two to the Cerritos, Relga demanded that Ma'ah and Malor be turned over, seemingly backed up by a message from Admiral Alonzo Freeman. While Captain Carol Freeman was going to comply, Malor was hidden by a suspicious Commander Jack Ransom.
Frustrated, Relga destroyed Malor's bloodwine delivery shuttle and attacked the Cerritos, pursuing the vessel into a Schrödinger possibility field. Lieutenant junior grade Brad Boimler's fancy flying destroyed two of Relga's ships while a third fell victim to the field, but the Cerritos was outmatched. Lieutenant Kayshon deduced that the message from Admiral Freeman was a fake generated by Relga, something that was dishonorable. Relga then hailed the Cerritos again, impatiently demanding that Captain Freeman spare the trouble of boarding her ship, only to be confronted with knowledge of her deceit. In an effort to cover her dishonor, Relga threatened to kill everyone on the Cerritos. However, Greek demigod Ensign Olly used her powers to hit Relga's ship with a massive lightning bolt, draining the shields. Unprotected to the rift's effects, Relga and her crew devolved into mindless Proto-Klingons who attacked each other, resulting in the destruction of Relga's ship.
Because of her dishonorable actions, the High Council promoted Ma'ah to command of Relga's fleet after the rift was stabilized. (LD: "The New Next Generation")
