Remi was a male Brunali and friend of Icheb before he was assimilated by the Borg.
In 2376, the USS Voyager made contact with the Brunali homeworld and returned Icheb to his parents. Icheb's father, Leucon, introduced him to his old friends, which included Remi, Mala and Yivel. Icheb did not remember him. He was later invited to play pala with him and his other former friends. (VOY: "Child's Play")
Remi was uncredited played by regular extra Dieter Hornemann.
His StarTrek.com database article indicates Remi was a teenager. [1]
