Ren Hanami (born 3 January 1962; age 63) is an actress who played Director Lee in the Star Trek: Picard second season episodes "Two of One" and "Farewell".

She was born in Inglewood, California to a Japanese mother and an American father of Scottish descent, and grew up in Huntington Beach, California. She earned a BA diploma in Theatre Arts at UCLA Los Angeles.

She has been acting since the late 1980s, and appeared on a large number of television series, usually in smaller guest roles. Her credits include episodes of Thirtysomething, Knots Landing (with Melinda Culea), General Hospital, ER (2006, starring Scott Grimes, with Leland Orser, Maury Sterling, and Estelle Harris), Grey's Anatomy, Without a Trace (2009, starring Enrique Murciano and Eric Close, with Nick E. Tarabay), Modern Family, The Big Bang Theory, Private Practice, Pretty Little Liars, Silicon Valley (with Alice Wetterlund), Major Crimes (2017, starring Raymond Cruz), S.W.A.T., Shameless (with Dennis Cockrum), This Is Us, and 13 Reasons Why (with Brenda Strong and Benito Martinez).

She also made appearances in Air Force One (1997, with Paul Guilfoyle, Dean Stockwell, Bill Smitrovich, Glenn Morshower, Pasha Lychnikoff, Dan Shor, Don McManus, Titus Welliver, and Paul Sklar) and Bitch (2017, with Bill Smitrovich and Sol Rodriguez).
