Reuel Kim (born 10 October 1980; age 39) is an actor and filmmaker who appeared as a boy in sickbay in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "A Matter of Time" in 1991. He filmed his scene on Thursday 3 October 1991 on Paramount Stage 9.
Kim was born in Los Angeles, California, USA and worked as production assistant on the 2001 comedy Going Greek. In 2004 he wrote, directed, and edited the short comedy Fobman 2 and in 2005 he worked as cinematographer, producer, and editor on the short drama Crown Heights. Following his work in the sound department on the short drama Yasin (2006) and the short drama Urban Genesis (2008), Kim directed, edited and cast the short crime drama Forgotten in 2009 for which he won the Audience Award for Best Short Drama at the Valley Film Festival in 2009 and the Gold Award for Dramatic Short Film at the WorldFest Houston in 2010.
More recently in 2012, Kim worked as executive producer on the crime thriller Innocence Blood. Since March 2011 he is also working as part-time instructor at the Art Institute of California in Hollywood.
