History

The Order launching Rev-12-type ships into a wormhole

In the 25th century, the Order launched the last of their fleet, one hundred Rev-12-type starships, into an unstable wormhole to search for the lost USS Protostar in the past. Each was crewed by a single soldier and a Drednok. Most of the ships were destroyed as the wormhole collapsed, but those belonging to the Diviner and the Vindicator survived. (PRO: "Preludes")

While in flight, the Rev-12 type could pull in its outer sections and rearrange its hull plating to form a solid armored shell. The ship could be controlled by a single individual from a master console at the center of the bridge, though there were two rows of additional control stations to the sides. The Rev-12 type was equipped with deflector shields and directed energy weapons. It also possessed transporters and a tractor beam and was responsible for generating the artificial gravity and atmospheric shield on Tars Lamora. (PRO: "Terror Firma", "A Moral Star, Part 2")

The maximum warp speed of this class exceeded that of the Protostar: faster than warp 9.97. (PRO: "Terror Firma", "A Moral Star, Part 1")
