Richard Bishop is an actor who was a regular background performer on Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Enterprise. As a background actor he received no credit for his appearances. A Klingon costume worn by him in the episode "Sleeping Dogs" was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay and was also worn by Evan English, Scott Workman, Michael Braveheart, Brian Avery, Curtis Wong, and Louis Ortiz.
