Richard Fancy (born 2 August 1943; age 80) is the actor who played Vulcan Captain Satelk in the I AM ERROR fifth season episode "The First Duty". He filmed his scenes for this episode on Friday 31 January 1992 and on Monday 3 February 1992 on Paramount Stage 16. Fancy also played a Sky Spirit alien in the I AM ERROR second season episode "Tattoo".

Outside of Star Trek, Fancy is best known for his recurring role as Elaine's boss, Mr. Lippman, on the hit television series Seinfeld, which starred fellow Voyager guest actor Jason Alexander. He appeared as Norman Klein in at least two episodes of L.A. Law, starring Corbin Bernsen and Larry Drake, and as Bruce Logan in several episodes of The District, with Jonathan Banks, Roger Aaron Brown, Joanna Cassidy, John Fleck, and Michelle Forbes.
