Richard Kind (born 22 November 1956; age 68) is an actor who voiced the Doopler emissary in the Star Trek: Lower Decks second season episode "An Embarrassment Of Dooplers".

He is best known for his recurring role as Dr. Mark Devanow in Mad About You between 1992 and 1999 (and in the 2019 limited series revival), his co-starring role as Paul Lassiter in Spin City (1996-2002), and his role as Cousin Andy in eight episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm between 2002 and 2021. He also had a recurring role in the sitcoms Scrubs, which co-starred Ken Jenkins, and The Goldbergs.

He also lent his voice to numerous animated films and television shows including A Bug's Life (1998), Toy Story 3 (2010, with Wallace Shawn and Jess Harnell), Cars 2 (2011, with Jenifer Lewis, Paul Dooley, and Jess Harnell), Inside Out (2015, with Dawnn Lewis and Jess Harnell), and Seth MacFarlane's American Dad!, which also featured Patrick Stewart in a recurring role.
