Richard Rothenberg (born 25 June 1967; age 57) is a former actor who played a Starfleet cadet in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "The First Duty". He filmed his scene on Monday 27 January 1992 on location at the Japanese Garden.

He also appeared in the comedy Stuck on You! (1983, with Patricia Tallman and David Carpenter) and the thriller Love and a .45 (1994, with Jeffrey Combs).
