Richard Wharton is an actor who played the Vulcan Jossen in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "The Seventh".

Wharton has performed in over one hundred stage plays such as Henry V (with Jason Waters) and Hedda Gabler.

Among his resume are films such as Running Scared (1986, with Larry Hankin), Next of Kin (1989, with Andreas Katsulas and Michael J. Pollard), The Fence (1994, with Marc Alaimo), Herman U.S.A. (2001), Dragon Storm (2004, with Tony Amendola and John Rhys-Davies), Path of Destruction (2005), and What We Do Is Secret (2007, with Scott L. Schwartz).

Wharton has also appeared in television series such as Father Dowling Mysteries (1987), Charmed (2000, with Katie Jane Johnston), Buffy the Vampire Slayer (2001, with Franc Ross and Geoff Meed), Carnivale (2003, with Michael John Anderson, Clancy Brown, Adrienne Barbeau, Diane Salinger, Frank Collison, Richard Fancy, Robert Knepper, Scott MacDonald, Ted Rooney, and Susan Savage), Deadwood (2004, with Brad Dourif, Leon Rippy, Zach Grenier, and Nicolas Surovy), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2005, with Wallace Langham and David Bowe), Six Feet Under (2005, with James Cromwell, Ed Begley, Jr., Anne Ramsay, and Abby Brammell), and Crossing Jordan (2006, with Miguel Ferrer and Fran Bennett).
