Admiral Rick K. Berman was a Starfleet officer who served in the 23rd and 24th centuries.

In 2293, he was named as a Starfleet Command officer on the dedication plaque of the USS Enterprise-B. (Star Trek Generations dedication plaque)

In 2354, he was named as a Starfleet Operational Support Services officer on a directory placard for Starbase 32, Maxia sector. His room number was 15037. Berman shared this room with Terri Martinez. (TNG: "Violations", directory)

In the 2360s, he was named as a Fleet Operations officer on the dedication plaques of several Federation starships. (TNG: "The Wounded" dedication plaque; TNG: "Redemption II" dedication plaque)
