Rita Williams Minor is a stuntwoman and stunt actress who served as stunt double for Alfre Woodard in Star Trek: First Contact.

She is married to fellow stuntman and stunt coordinator Bob Minor. Their children Rashae and Royce also made their first steps into the stunt business, when the family appeared all together in Jingle All the Way (1996).

Minor performed stunts in Glory (1989, with Bob Gunton, Cliff DeYoung, Richard Riehle, Abdul Salaam El Razzac, Ethan Phillips, and stunts by Tony Brubaker, Vince Deadrick, Steve Kelso, Irving Lewis, Rusty McClennon, Lincoln Simonds, Jeff Smolek, and Brian J. Williams) in which her husband was strongly involved during the production.

Minor has doubled for Kimberley Scott in the high work scenes in Batman & Robin (1997, with John Glover, Mark Chadwick, Steve Blalock, Paul Sklar, and stunts by Jay Caputo, Jennifer Caputo, Shawn Crowder, Dana Dru Evenson, Dana Hee, Joel Kramer, Faith Minton, Mic Rodgers, Noby Arden, and Spice Williams), for Queen Latifah in Set it Off (1996), and for Angela Bassett in The Jacksons: An American Dream (1992, with Bumper Robinson and Lanei Chapman).

Other feature films she has performed in include Demolition Man (1993, with Bill Cobbs, Bob Gunton, Mark Colson, Chris Durand, Francis Praksti, Tracee Lee Cocco, and stunts by Gary Epper, Dana Hee, Kane Hodder, Jeff Mosley, and Peewee Piemonte), The Nutty Professor (1996, with Michael Rothhaar, Athena Massey, Julianne Christie, and stunts by LaFaye Baker, Eugene Collier, and Lane Leavitt), Vampires (1998, with Cary-Hiroyuki, Gregory Sierra, Marjean Holden, and Steve Blalock), and Rat Race (2001, with Whoopi Goldberg and Lanei Chapman).

Minor served as stunt coordinator for Billie's (2004) and has also appeared on television series such as Magnum, P.I. (1987, with Manny Perry).
