Rob Plaza is an actor who appeared as an operations officer in several episodes of Star Trek: Voyager. In addition, he worked as stand-in for guest actors Stan Ivar and Scott MacDonald on the first season episode "Caretaker". He also worked as photo double for actor Scott MacDonald during re-shoots of bridge scenes for "Caretaker" on Friday 18 November 1994 on Paramount Stage 8. Plaza received no credit for his appearances but is listed on the call sheets.
