Robert Vernon Biggs (4 January 1955 – 18 June 2010; age 55) was an actor who appeared as a post-atomic trial spectator in the Star Trek: The Next Generation first season episode "Encounter at Farpoint". He received no credit for his appearance.

Biggs also appeared in the 1981 comedy Under the Rainbow alongside fellow Star Trek alumni Patty Maloney, Jim Boeke, Beth Nufer, Joe Gieb, Susan Rossitto, Felix Silla, and Dennis Tracy. In 1992, he was featured as U.R. Badd in the video production Little Marines 2. [1]

Biggs died from pancreatic cancer on 18 June 2010 in Burleson, Texas at the age of 55.
