Robin Jill Burger (aka Bernheim) (born 27 September 1956; age 68) was a writer and producer on Star Trek: Voyager during its sixth season. Credited as Robin Bernheim, she had previously written the Star Trek: The Next Generation third season episode "The Hunted". Burger joined the writing staff of Voyager shortly after Robert J. Doherty and was the first female staff member after the departure of Lisa Klink.
Before joining the staff of Voyager, Burger was a writer and producer on Quantum Leap, starring Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell, and served as a writer and supervising creative consultant on William Shatner's TekWar. She also wrote a number of episodes for Gene Roddenberry's Earth: Final Conflict.
Her other writing credits include Remington Steele (1985-87, starring Pierce Brosnan), MacGyver (1986, for which she also served as executive story consultant), Matlock (1986-87, also as executive story consultant and editor), Beauty and the Beast (1987, starring Linda Hamilton and Ron Perlman), Renegade (1993-96, on which she also served as supervising producer), and Diagnosis: Murder (1994 & 1998).
In November 1992 she was interviewed for the Starlog magazine by Lee Goldberg, titled "Leap Years".
Later projects include credits as writer and supervising producer on She Spies (2003-04) and as story editor on Wild Card (2005).
