Roger Borelli is a senior modeler who, during his brief tenure with Digital Domain in 2002, modeled character heads and hands for Star Trek Nemesis. He was credited among the film's CG (Computer Generated) Modeling & Lighting crew.

From 1987 through 1999, Borelli worked as a Special Makeup Effects artist for feature films such as Alien Nation, The Addams Family, Army of Darkness, Death Becomes Her, Alien 3, The Nutty Professor, The Frighteners, Men in Black, and Mighty Joe Young. In 1999, he left his career in Special Makeup Effects to work in CGI (Computer Generated Imagery). He joined Foundation Imaging, where he modeled and textured characters, face shapes, and props for such television shows such as Roughnecks: The Starship Troopers Chronicles and Max Steel.

Borelli left Foundation in 2001 and briefly joined Digital Domain, where he continued modeling and texturing, this time for commercials. After four months, Borelli went to work for Disney Television Animation. In February 2002, Digital Domain offered Borelli a staff position as a Character Modeler, and he returned to the company, albeit briefly. He left Digital Domain in June 2002 and returned to Disney, this time working in the Feature Animation department, where he continues to work. Among the projects he has worked on during his time with Disney are the films Chicken Little and Meet the Robinsons.
