Roger Garcia is an actor who appeared as a background actor in several episodes of Star Trek: Voyager. For the third season episode "Warlord", he filmed his scenes on Thursday 5 September 1996, Friday 6 September 1996, and Monday 9 September 1996 on Paramount Stage 16. His costume from this episode was later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]

Garcia also appeared in Gattaca (1997, with Elizabeth Dennehy, L.L. Ginter, and David LeBell), Desperate Measures (1998, with Richard Riehle, Tracey Walter, Dennis Cockrum, Tim Kelleher, Cliff Fleming, Craig Hosking, Johnny C. Meier, and John Rottger), the horror film Unspeakable (2000, with Larry Richards), the television war drama Dawn of Our Nation (2001, with Marshall R. Teague, Sonny Surowiec, and Darin Cooper), the drama Sexual Boundaries (2002), the comedy Full Frontal (2002, with Joe Chrest, Wayne Péré, Alison Ebbert, and Patrick Fischler), the mystery thriller Passion Before Midnight (2003), and the short thriller The Audition (2006).

Between 1997 and 2007, he appeared in various roles in twenty-eight episodes of the daytime soap Days of Our Lives. Other television work includes episodes of The Drew Carey Show (with Diedrich Bader) and Cracker (with Carolyn McCormick).

In 2010, Garcia co-starred and worked as associate producer on the drama The Genesis Code, along with Louise Fletcher and Catherine Hicks. Further credits as producer are the documentary Station House (2010), the horror thriller Pursuit of a Legend (2010), and the upcoming horror thriller Elmira (2018).
