The Rogue Changeling starship was a starship of unknown origin utilized by rogue Changelings affiliated with Vadic in early 2401. (PIC: "The Next Generation")

In early 2401, three of these ships intercepted the SS Eleos XII in deep space, with one being used to board the ship in an attempt to capture Jack Crusher for Vadic.

The Rogue Changeling starships are a recolored version of the Elachi Qulash Frigate from Star Trek Online, albeit with orange lighting instead of green. At the request of Dave Blass, Thomas Marrone wrote up a short background "document" detailing the origins of the ship, which Blass then posted to his Instagram.
