The Romulan Social Club was a tavern located at the North Station on Vashti. It was established in the early 2380s by Romulan refugees relocated to the planet due to the Romulan supernova. It featured an outdoor seating area where locals gathered to drink and play games.
By 2399, the Social Club had become a Romulan-only establishment, with the original English language text on its name board scrawled out. That year, Jean-Luc Picard defied this restriction and sat himself inside, though the waiter refused to serve him. Picard was then challenged to a duel by Tenqem Adrev, a former senator.
