Rosana DeSoto (born 2 September 1950; age 74) is an actress from San Jose, California who played Azetbur in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country.

She is best known for her role as Connie Valenzuela in La Bamba (1987, featuring Star Trek: The Next Generation guest actors Sam Anderson and Noble Willingham). The following year, she and her La Bamba co-star Lou Diamond Phillips had roles in Stand and Deliver.

DeSoto made her film debut in The In-Laws (1979, co-starring Richard Libertini, David Paymer, James Hong and Ed Begley, Jr.). She next appeared with her future Undiscovered Country co-star Paul Rossilli in Serial (1980, featuring Sally Kellerman). Her other film credits include Cannery Row (1982), About Last Night (1986, with Ada Maris and Sachi Parker), and Family Business (1989, starring Sean Connery), and Invasion (1997), with Neal McDonough and her Undiscovered Country co-star Kim Cattrall.

DeSoto also made guest appearances on such TV shows as Barney Miller (with Ron Glass, Gregory Sierra, and James Gregory), Murder, She Wrote (with William Windom), and Quantum Leap (1993, starring Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell, with Carolyn Seymour). She was also a regular on The Redd Foxx Show in 1986, and The Bold and the Beautiful in 2001.

Michael Dorn, another performer who worked with DeSoto on The Undiscovered Country, once described her as "wonderful." (Star Trek: The Magazine Volume 3, Issue 9, p. 19)
