Ross Carter (born 28 June 1981; age 43) is an actor and stuntman who played Lieutenant Haj in several episodes of Star Trek: Discovery. He also played the mirror universe Haj in the episode "Terra Firma, Part 2". He was only credited for "The Sanctuary" which was the only time his character spoke on screen.

He studied at the Lesia Ukrainka National Academic Theater in Kyiv, and acted in several Ukrainian and Russian films before moving to Canada in 2014. In 2016, he appeared in an episode of Saving Hope alongside Huse Madhavji and Milton Barnes, and in 2020, an episode of Spinning Out and an episode of Condor (with Noah Davis). In 2017, he had an uncredited role in the film Molly's Game which co-starred Idris Elba.
