Lieutenant Rowe was a male Human Starfleet officer who lived during the mid-23rd century. He served in the operations division aboard the USS Enterprise under Captain James T. Kirk, during a historic five-year mission. In 2268, he served as one of the ship's security officers.
That year, Rowe was sent to the auxiliary control center during its takeover by Norman to check out an intruder alert that had been triggered by the android. There, he found Ensign Jordan unconscious and gave instructions to three other officers to see to Jordan's care.
He then reported his findings to Kirk, adding that he had put out a security alert on all of the Enterprise's decks. (TOS: "I, Mudd")
Rowe was played by Mike Howden.
