Ryan North (born 20 October 1980; age 44) is a Canadian author of books, comic books, and games.
He is the writer of various Star Trek: Lower Decks comic books from IDW Publishing including the 2022 three-issue miniseries; the ongoing series begun in 2024; and "Star Trek: Day of Blood - Shaxs' Best Day" (which received Eisner and Ringo Award nominations) as well as the interactive graphic novel Star Trek: Lower Decks - Warp Your Own Way (which received a Hugo Award nomination.)
