SNR 093120 was a star which was located in sector 441, in or near the area of space commonly known as the Briar Patch. (Star Trek: Insurrection)
SNR usually stands for supernova remnant, and the Briar Patch was known to be flooded with radiation from this type of object.
This star was not mentioned in dialogue. The PADD display graphic was depicted legibly in The Secrets of Star Trek: Insurrection (p. 143).
