This Human male was the father of Timothy, who served as the ship's second officer. Geordi La Forge and Jean-Luc Picard concurred that he was likely at his station on the bridge when the ship was wrecked by gravitational wavefronts, unwittingly amplified by the Vico's own shields, causing the bridge to be exposed to space. (TNG: "Hero Worship")

This Human female was the mother of Timothy, who served as the ship's systems engineer. She was killed when the ship was wrecked by gravitational wavefronts. An away team from the Enterprise-D discovered her body inside the ship's computer core. (TNG: "Hero Worship")

The Pocket VOY novel Pathways named the Vico's captain Roger Hackney (β). Chakotay had served as his aide on the Vico after graduating from Starfleet Academy. In that book, it is given a USS registry code.
