Sabor was an Orion who ruled as the Pirate Queen of the Orion Syndicate during the late 24th century. She owned a pet blazzard.
In 2382, Sabor summoned Houses Tendi and Azure, as their war was cutting off the flow of loot into the Syndicate. She ordered them to settle their dispute via the ancient method of racing solar sailships through the Excellon Nebula. The losing House would be removed from the Syndicate and their wealth given to the winner.
The race ended in a tie after D'Vana Tendi destroyed the treasure that was its objective. Far from being happy about this compromise, an enraged Sabor declared that both Houses had lost and that both would have their wealth seized. (LD: "Shades of Green")
