Military installations on Salina Prime

You may also be looking for Selnia Prime.

Salina Prime was the inhabited prime planet in its star system, in the Delta Quadrant. There were military installations on the surface operated by a civilization that was at war with the Druoda until 2372. The planet was protected by subspace minefields.

In 2375, 34 series 5 long-range tactical armor units were accidentally launched from the Druoda Strategic Command Matrix towards Salina Prime. They were stopped when one of the units, that had been damaged and repaired by the USS Voyager crew, acknowledged the Druoda mission abort orders and detonated itself amid the others. (VOY: "Warhead")

The Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 2, p. 247) identified this planet's civilization as the Salinian civilization.
