Lieutenant Sanderson was a female Human Starfleet operations division officer in the 2380s.
By 2380, Sanderson and Ensign Ellis were merged at the abdomen due to a neutrino field transporter accident. This resulted in their becoming virtual Siamese twins, with "two of (almost) everything." The Division 14 transport Osler ferried them from their posting to "The Farm" on Endicronimas V to be looked at by medical specialists. En route, they briefly participated in an uprising aboard the ship, when they were convinced The Farm wasn't real. (LD: "Much Ado About Boimler")
