The More Things Change cover

Scott Michael Pearson is a writer and an editor. He was first published in 1987 with "The Mailbox," a short story about an elderly farming couple. In the years since, he has published a smattering of humor, poetry, short stories, and novellas. He contributed stories to the three ReDeus shared-world anthologies edited by Robert Greenberger and Aaron Rosenberg. Scott has edited such books as Tales from a Tin Can: The USS Dale from Pearl Harbor to Tokyo Bay, which received a starred review in Publishers Weekly; Will to Murder: The True Story Behind the Crimes & Trials Surrounding the Glensheen Killings, which was featured on Dominick Dunne's Power, Privilege, and Justice series on CourtTV; and Star Trek: The Complete Unauthorized History by Robert Greenberger. As a freelancer, he has copyedited most of the Star Trek novels since 2014. Scott cowrote the IMAX space documentary Space Next, which has an appearance from the IXS Enterprise designed by Mark Rademaker. He cohosts the Generations Geek podcast with his daughter, covering geeky movies, books, TV, and just about anything else that comes to mind. Guests have included Kirsten Beyer, Ilsa J. Bick, Kevin Dilmore, Kevin Lauderdale, David Mack, and Una McCormack. Recently he copyedited Treknology by Ethan Siegel and has worked on the Star Trek Adventures role-playing game with Dayton Ward and Jim Johnson. Scott lives near the banks of the mighty Mississippi River, fabled in story and song, in personable St. Paul, Minnesota, with his wife, Sandra, and daughter, Ella.
