Scottie Hulin (born 29 July 1981; age 43) is an actor, model, cinematographer, singer, and songwriter who appeared as a Coppelius android in the Star Trek: Picard first season episodes "Et in Arcadia Ego, Part 1" and "Et in Arcadia Ego, Part 2". He received no credit for this appearance.

Hulin attended California State University, Fullerton and graduated in Military Science in 2003. He earned his BS in Business Management from Biola University in 2003 and his MS in Music Industry Administration from California State University Northridge in 2018.

He worked as digital archivist for ABC Television Studios between 1999 and 2002 before he joined the US Army which he left as Captain, Military Intelligence in 2007. Between 2007 and 2018, Hulin worked for AT&T, first as Business Sales Manager and then as Client Solutions Executive. Since 2018, he has been working as Channel Manager for The Comtel Group.

As an actor, Hulin appeared in the 2013 music video Money on My Mind by Sam Smith. [1]
