This Admiral, along with three others: the Vulcan Patar, as well as a Human and an Andorian admiral, were members of the Section 31 High Command and were killed by the rogue artificial intelligence called Control. (DIS: "Project Daedalus")

Control assumed the identities of the admirals it murdered and used their holograms to confer with Section 31 operatives Leland and Philippa Georgiou about the further search for Spock and Michael Burnham in 2257. (DIS: "If Memory Serves")

Played by Harry Judge, who previously played another Tellarite Admiral named Gorch. [1]

Alternate reality[]

In the Star Trek: Ongoing comics, Hikaru Sulu's sister Yuki Sulu (β) joins Section 31 after the destruction of Vulcan.

Furthermore, Admiral William Ross was known to sympathize with Section 31 to the point of willingly turning a blind eye to their activities. (DS9: "Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges")

Starfleet Intelligence Fleet Admiral Erik Pressman was a member of Section 31 in the short story "Orphans".
According to the Star Trek: Section 31 novels, Cortan Zweller and eventually Sarina Douglas were members of Section 31.
According to the Star Trek: Section 31 novel Rogue, Admiral Dougherty was also a member of the organization. Control showed that Owen Paris, Alynna Nechayev, and Edward Jellico were also members of the organization.

These operatives accompanied Luther Sloan, an officer from Starfleet Department of Internal Affairs, when he arrived at Deep Space 9 and accused Dr. Julian Bashir of being a Dominion spy. (DS9: "Inquisition")

The two operatives are played by Shawn Pereira (left) and an unknown actor (right).
Pereira's uniform was later worn by Eric Pierpoint as operative Harris. It was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [2]

Morphogenic virus plot conspirators []

According to Bashir, at least seventy-three computer experts, doctors, security officers, admirals and clerks were involved with the plot to infect Odo with the morphogenic virus. (DS9: "Extreme Measures")

These characters were only mentioned in dialogue.
