Sector 006 was a region of space.
Around the time the USS Discovery was transported to the mirror universe, there was a report of the USS Defiant being on patrol in this sector. (DIS: "Despite Yourself")
An entry on StarTrek.com suggests that this is the same as the Rhomboid Dronegar sector 006.
