Shannon Kathleen Fill (born 13 June 1971; age 49) is the actress who played the role of the Bajoran Sito Jaxa in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episodes "The First Duty" and "Lower Decks". She filmed her scenes for "The First Duty" on Wednesday 29 January 1992, on Friday 31 January 1992, and on Monday 3 February 1992 on Paramount Stage 16. Her uniform from this episode was later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]

Fill was born in Texas and graduated from the California State University Northridge with a BA in Theatre. In the late 1980s she took part in several dance and ice skating competitions.

During her four active years as an actress, she had guest parts in episodes of Murder, She Wrote (1992, with Barbara Babcock, Harley Venton, and Ben Slack), Freshman Dorm (1992, with Natalia Nogulich), Silk Stalkings (1994, with Cully Fredricksen, Charlie Brill, and Bibi Besch), and Walker, Texas Ranger (1995, with Paul Williams, Noble Willingham, and Tanner Gill).

Fill also appeared in the television movies The Source of Suction (1994, with "Lower Decks" co-star Alexander Enberg and with Tory Christopher), Moment of Truth: Cradle of Conspiracy (1994, directed by Gabrielle Beaumont and with Christine Healy and Matthew Faison), and Deceived by Trust: A Moment of Truth Movie (1995, with Conor O'Farrell).

Fill currently works as a clinical social worker in Sunland, California.
