A Shivolian
The Shivolians were a saurian species native to the Delta Quadrant. At some point the Borg encountered this species, who they designated as Species 521.
A female member of this species visited the starship USS Voyager when it was docked at a Markonian outpost in 2376. Naomi Wildman pointed her out to Seven of Nine while they were in Voyager's mess hall. (VOY: "Survival Instinct")
