The Shlerm were a humanoid species that had brown or green skin, four eyes and four ears (or a set of ears and a set of horns) on a hooded head, and with a mouth located below, near the breast bone.

At least two members of this alien species were present on Starbase Yorktown in 2263. (Star Trek Beyond)

Although these aliens were unnamed on-screen, a behind-the-scenes source has linked them to the name "Shlerm". [1] [2]
