Shuttle 06 was a Federation Protostar type shuttlecraft that was manufactured by a vehicle replicator aboard the USS Protostar at the request of Gwyn in 2383. As the shuttle was under construction, Rok-Tahk attempted to stop Gwyn, and became tangled in the shuttle's framework, before eventually breaking free of the shuttle and ultimately destroying it. A short time later, Murf sat inside the shuttle as the rest of the crew were introduced to the Runaway. Later, Gwyn entered the remains of the shuttle, along with Murf, as she attempted to abandon ship, only to later be thrown clear from the shuttlebay. Although the shuttle crashed on Murder Planet, injuring Gwyn, they both survived. (PRO: "Dream Catcher", "Terror Firma")
In 2384, the Protostar crew replicated an identical shuttle to escape from the ship before it was destroyed. (PRO: "Supernova, Part 2")
