Sigma Tama IV was the inhabited fourth planet of its star system. This planet was located inside Tamarian territory, which was located somewhere in the Alpha or Beta Quadrant and was the homeworld for the warp-capable humanoid The Children of Tama. (TNG: "Darmok" display graphic)
