In 2152, Jonathan Archer told Doctor Phlox to open the silver panels first. (ENT: "The Crossing")

In 2259 of the alternate reality, Montgomery Scott described "a silver lever under a white panel" to James T. Kirk that would activate a hatch in order to save Yorktown. (Star Trek Beyond)

In 2268, while visiting James T. Kirk's USS Enterprise, Jadzia Dax admired the 23rd century tricorder designs, describing them as having black finish and silver highlights. (DS9: "Trials and Tribble-ations")

Also that year, while inhabiting the body of Ann Mulhall, Thalassa recalled sitting beside a silver lake with Sargon. (TOS: "Return to Tomorrow")

In 2364, William T. Riker described a thought maker as a silver sphere and told Jean-Luc Picard to destroy it with his phaser in order to stop its influence over him. (TNG: "The Battle")

In 2368, Data described the Devidians as being silver grey in color. (TNG: "Time's Arrow")

In the final revised draft script for "Where No Man Has Gone Before"[1], after he been infused with psionic energy, it was written that Gary Mitchell's eyes had turned to a bright metallic silver.
