Lieutenant Sing was a female Bajoran Starfleet sciences division officer who lived during the early 25th century.
In 2401, Sing served as the communications officer on the bridge of the USS Stargazer, under Captain Cristóbal Rios, during a mission to investigate a spatial anomaly. After a Borg vessel emerged from the anomaly and their Queen forcibly beamed onto the bridge and began seizing control of the ship, Sing joined the other bridge officers in firing ineffectually upon her.
