The assistant to Kai Winn Adami. He served faithfully until his death at the hands of Gul Dukat. Dukat, disguised as a Bajoran, had tricked the Kai into trying to revive the Pagh-wraiths. Once Solbor realized this, Dukat promptly stabbed him.
