The sorrowhawk was a type of raptor indigenous to Alcor IV known for its singing.
In 3189, in response to Cleveland Booker's defiant refusal to talk, Zareh told him "that's what everyone says and then they sing like an Alcorian sorrowhawk." (DIS: "That Hope Is You, Part 2")
