The Spider People were a fictional race of arachnid humanoids within The Adventures of Captain Proton holoprogram. Their leader was Queen Arachnia.
Part of the program's story featured Doctor Chaotica's efforts to form an alliance with Arachnia and her people in order to defeat his enemies, including Captain Proton. (VOY: "Bride of Chaotica!")
