Star Trek: The Magazine Volume 3, Issue 5 was the forty-first issue of Star Trek: The Magazine, a "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan Special Issue" with alternate collector's edition cover, published in September 2002 to commemorate the August 2002 release of Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (The Director's Edition) on DVD. It was the seventh of ten total collectible covers in the magazine's run.
