Starbase 24 was a Starfleet starbase located near Khitomer.

The USS John Muir docked at Starbase 24 for an upgrade in 2293. (Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country)

Young Worf's nursemaid, Kahlest, was taken there for treatment of her injuries following her rescue from Khitomer in 2346. Starbase 24, due to its proximity to Khitomer, has the best records of the Khitomer Massacre. (TNG: "Sins of the Father", "Redemption")
