Stardust City was a city on the planet Freecloud. It was built offshore on a series of platforms.

According to Star Trek: Picard showrunner Michael Chabon, Stardust City was the capital city of Freecloud. [1]
On 29 January 2021, Chabon wrote a short piece on Freecloud titled "Some Notes on Freecloud" for his blog. In this piece, there was additional information about Stardust City. This city was located on the shores of the Perfume Sea, in the southern hemisphere of Freecloud. It had a square area of 500 kilometers and a population of 20,000,000.
