Station regulations were a set of rules aboard Deep Space 9 in the 2370s.

In a Dominion simulation in 2371, Miles O'Brien was attacked by a Jem'Hadar, whom Michael Eddington let go without punishment. When Julian Bashir pointed out that station regulations prohibited such attacks, Eddington agreed but stated the Jem'Hadar were not aware of them. (DS9: "The Search, Part II")

In 2373, Nog and Jake Sisko moved in together. When Nog temporarily moved out again, Captain Sisko informed his son that the size of his quarters required two or more occupants by station regulation. (DS9: "The Ascent")

The same year, Nog informed General Martok and other Klingons that station regulation 82/7B forbade loitering on the promenade. (DS9: "Blaze of Glory")

In 2374, Quark introduced new barstools in his bar without backrest. Odo then informed him those were a violation of station regulation 2562, paragraph 4 as "all furniture for use on the promenade must not pose a danger to public safety." Odo theorized that Morn could fall off one of them and injure himself. Quark appealed, but was rejected. Furthermore Odo stated that Quark's dabo wheel was in violation of station regulation 4721, but did not pursue further since he was distracted by Kira Nerys. (DS9: "The Sound of Her Voice")

Later that year, Odo arrested Vedek Solis for fundraising on the promenade without license, which was against station regulation 1526, paragraph 7. Kira was furious with Odo for this, exclaiming "I don't care about station regulations." (DS9: "Tears of the Prophets")
