Stockholm was a city in the Eurasian country of Sweden. One of the many landmarks of this city was the Randall Pflug Plaza.
As of the late 23rd century, it was the home of the Central Bureau of Penology, the organization that directed the activities of the Tantalus Penal Colony and acted as a clearinghouse for research information generated at that colony. (TOS: "Dagger of the Mind"; DS9: "A Simple Investigation")
