Visions & illusions
(covers information from a vision or illusion)

Stone was the owner and publisher of the 1950s Earth magazine Incredible Tales. He also owned Stone Publications.

Stone was reticent to publish Benny Russell's Deep Space Nine novella as it depicted an African-American in charge of an important space station. After Russell made the story a dream, Stone relented, but later changed his mind and had all of the copies of the magazine pulped.

Upon hearing that Stone had fired him, Russell decided to quit instead, saying "To hell with you, and to hell with Stone." (DS9: "Far Beyond the Stars")

This character was only mentioned in dialogue.
