Cecile also guest starred in You Wish (with fellow Deep Space Nine guest star Larry Cedar and Star Trek: Voyager guest star John Rhys-Davies), Sabrina the Teenage Witch and Black Scorpion.
His only motion picture appearance to date is the 1999 film The Big Blind.
