System L-370 was a planetary system with a primary orbited by seven planets. It was located near the L-374 system. Both systems were located in the same sector.

In 2266, the system was charted by the USS Enterprise. The following year, the system was scoured by the planet killer; all seven planets were destroyed. (TOS: "The Doomsday Machine")

This system was only mentioned in dialogue.
